HR MS-406

This model is the Morane Saulnier MS-406, N803, military number L832, Groupe de Chasse III/6, 5e escadrille, flown by Sergent de Gervilliers, as flown in combat on the 21st May 1940, in the Cambrai sector.

This new HR model was created by Col. Gibbon, based on a LR model by Charles Gunst. This model has been changed to such a degree as to almost be a new 3dz, but to be fair, I did start from an existing model, as mentioned above.
The cockpit has been adapted with glass, and extra gunsight painted by Dean H. Thanks to Migge, Dominique Legrand, and Claudio Wilches, for the original MS-406 cockpit files, which I've used.

All the files are made to work in the Hurricane slot, as there is a suitable flight file for the model available via the ECA panel.

All re-mapping, and 3dz work by Col. Gibbon.
Many thanks to Dean H, who painted this super skin, based on my base files.

Known problems: There is a very small area at the rear of the cockpit which at certain angles shows through, but it's so small not to be a problem in normal combat.

Over and out!

Col. Gibbon.
